These Terms of Service govern your use of VoiceDrive AI's services, including our website, platform, and SMS communications. By purchasing, signing up for, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SMS Communications
By opting in to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages related to notifications, appointment reminders, marketing, account activity, and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary.
Standard message and data rates apply according to your mobile carrier's terms.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications.

Messaging Consent
You must explicitly consent to receive messages from VoiceDrive AI. Consent may be given through our website sign-up forms, paper forms, or verbally during a customer service interaction. We will not send you SMS messages without your consent.
Message Types and Frequency
Messages sent by VoiceDrive AI may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, service updates, and other relevant communications. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and your preferences.
Data Rates and Charges
Standard message and data rates apply to any messages sent or received as part of our service. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and may affect your monthly bill.
Message Delivery
VoiceDrive AI does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or failure. Delivery issues can occur due to factors outside our control, including network problems, carrier limitations, or device compatibility.
User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our platform to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.
Compliance with Laws
Our messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those governing privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications. This includes but is not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
Subscription Plans and Billing
VoiceDrive AI offers monthly subscription plans. Current plan details are available at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are available on a month-to-month basis. All subscription fees are billed in advance of the service period and are automatically renewed until cancelled. Payment is collected via credit or debit card through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Usage-Based Charges
In addition to your monthly subscription, clients may incur additional charges based on platform usage. These are billed from a pre-funded wallet balance and include the following categories:

When your wallet balance runs low, it will be automatically topped up based on your selected preference to ensure uninterrupted service.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to VoiceDrive AI are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees and usage charges. By signing up, you acknowledge that our services are custom-built, immediately initiated, and non-reversible once delivery begins.
If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period or for unused wallet balance.
Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered. Doing so constitutes a violation of this agreement. In the event of a dispute, VoiceDrive AI reserves the right to submit evidence of contract acceptance, platform usage, and service delivery documentation.
If a chargeback is filed fraudulently, VoiceDrive AI may pursue recovery of the amount owed plus any associated legal or collection fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be made after that date. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a prepaid term.

Delivery of Services
Services are considered rendered and fulfilled once the following have been completed:
- Your website has been built and delivered
- Platform and automation setup has been finalized
Login assistance and onboarding support may be provided but are not prerequisites for fulfillment.
Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time, VoiceDrive AI may offer free trials or promotional discounts. During a trial period, limited setup may occur for information gathering purposes. Full services are only activated once billing begins. Promotional discounts do not modify any other terms of this agreement.
Payment Failures and Service Suspension
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to four times over three weeks. If payment remains unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, your account and platform access will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Consent and Agreement
By purchasing any services from VoiceDrive AI or checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
- You accept our No Refund policy
- You waive the right to initiate chargebacks for services rendered
Changes to These Terms
VoiceDrive AI reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or via direct communication where feasible. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
